You asked, and we listened. Everyone was so excited about the upcoming workouts that we went ahead and released all 4 workouts!
More information to come… but here’s a quick overview of the workouts:
Workout #1
8:00 CAP
100 S2OH (75/55)
4 Bar Facing Burpee Buy-In
On the count of 3, 2, 1, GO athlete #1 will approach the bar and perform 4 bar facing burpees. Once the 4 burpees are performed, the athlete will pick up the barbell and begin the 100 shoulder to overhead reps. If the athlete has to set the bar down at any time, they will then have to tag athlete #2. Athlete #2 will then perform 4 bar facing burgess and continue the shoulder to overhead reps. This process will continue until the team has reached 100 reps. The score is total time. A :01 second penalty will be added for each uncompleted rep.

15 Wall Balls (14/10)
10 Dumbbell Snatches (35/20)
5 Burpees
On the count of 3, 2, 1, GO athlete #1 will perform 1 full round. Athletes will alternate rounds for the full 10:00. The score is the total number of reps completed.

40 Deadlifts (135/95)
30 Cal Row
20 Burpee Box Overs (24/20)
30 Cal Row
40 Deadlifts (135/95)
On the count of 3, 2, 1 GO athlete #1 will start on the deadlifts. This is a task style workout so partners can tag in and out as they see fit. However, the athlete not performing the movements must wait on the starting mat until tagged out. The score is total time. A :01 second penalty will be added for each uncompleted rep.
