Join Beth for Peace, Love, & Yoga on Fridays at 4pm at Mota Thai Yoga
Event Details
Peace, Love, & Yoga is geared toward yogis that are beginning their journey, however all are welcome! This informal class is designed to be a safe space to work on health and wellness goals. Focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance, students will learn basic postures, mini-flows, and drills. Note, this class is not restorative.
Class is heated around 85 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel if needed, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.
When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and place your belongings in the cubbies. You will be checked in at the door. Masks are not required, however if you feel more comfortable wearing one during class, feel free.
